were tied at 26 points but the
former´s under-11 boys
emerged the winners on better
points quotient.

behind Gharafa and Jaish.
At the prize distribution
ceremony, QVA Board
Member Ali Ghanem al
Kuwari was the chief guest
and handed the trophies and
medals to winners.
This was the final Mini
Volleyball Festival of the season,
aimed at developing the
sport at the grass-root level by

after posting the fastest time
in a rain-hit qualifying session

rider, winner of 15 MotoGPs,

elite category, after edging
out teammate and world
champion Casey Stoner of
Australia by 0.303sec.
Italian Yamaha rider
Andrea Dovizioso was third
fastest.
Stoner and Pedrosa, who
last year broke a collarbone
in this race that ruled him
out for several rounds, were
the only two riders to go
under the 1min 34sec mark.
