600 kids take part in QVA fest
THE Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) authorities expressed delight as its hall echoed with joyous cries of under-6 boys and girls on Wednesday. About 600 boys and girls from eight schools in Qatar participated in the kids festival, organised by the QVA to ´catch them young´ and train for the future. The hall, decorated with hundreds of coloured balloons, gold and silver streamers, had slides and various exercise and drill stations.
