| | See you later, pizza; this
dough is for calzones | MAYBE it´s the suggestive
power of the name, but
rarely do I use pizza dough
for anything else, even
though it´s perfectly suitable
for savoury tarts, flatbreads and rolls.
Once I get pizza on the brain, it´s hard to
redirect. Then I got reacquainted with an
old friend also made from that same
dough: the calzone.
Although it was a childhood staple at
my corner pizzeria, I hadn´t eaten a calzone
in years. But at a dinner at Lucali in
Brooklyn, I saw one emerge from the
oven, a burnished, puffy crescent oozing
ricotta at the seams. On the side was a
small bowl of tomato sauce for dunking,
garnished with a few fresh basil leaves. It
was a much classier presentation. | | | Chitrangada

Geeta Rao | ACTRESS Chitrangada
Singh, whose performance
in her debut film
Hazaaron Khwaishein
Aisi was acclaimed by
critics and audience alike, says
even after nine years she is struggling
to get over her character of
Geeta Rao.
"I don´t know if I have still managed
to make people forget Geeta
Rao and remember another character
that I have played," she said at the
launch of the Indian issue of Vogue
magazine.
"I am still kind of struggling to get over
it and make people remember me
by something else that I have
played," added the actress
who has also featured in

treats everyone as
equal: Moretz | SHE is just 15, but actress Chloe Grace Moretz
says that director Martin Scorsese treated her
as he treated other senior actors on the sets of
Hugo. The film also features Ben Kingsley,
Christopher Lee and Jude Law.
"I think it´s really the mood that he makes on the
set... He makes everyone feel equal, no matter who you
are, no matter how big you are, no matter how famous
you are, no matter how iconic you are... you feel equal
to each other," Moretz said.
In the film, the actress has shared screen space with
Asa Butterfield, who plays protagonist Hugo Cabret. Set
in 1930s Paris, it tells the tale of an orphan, who lives in
the walls of a train station and is wrapped up in a... | |
