DOHA LK BENNETT, a UK luxury brand, has opened its first outlet in the country at The Pearl-Qatar.

According to a press release issued by the United Development Company (UDC), LK Bennett boutique will showcase an extensive range of shoes, handbags, clothing and other accessories.

Established in 1990, LK Bennett is an accessible luxury brand that has since emerged as a leading British fashion house, offering sophisticated collections of shoes, handbags, clothing and accessories to meet the lifestyle of every woman, the release added.

Originally renowned for its signature shoes styles, the brand rapidly became the ultimate destination for stylish women, royalty and celebrities alike, leading to the introduction of ready to wear collections in 1998.

Today, the brand enjoys an international retail presence of over 150 stores worldwide including UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.

“With an ever-increasing demand for LK Bennett from our international customers, we are delighted to be opening our first store in Qatar.

This exciting new partnership with UFC Qatar is a natural step for the brand and we look forward to further developing our presence in the Middle East in the near future.” Said Robert Bensoussan, executive chairman of LK Bennett.

Kirk Marin, executive vice president - retail and leasing- said that The Pearl- Qatar is an important fashion destination, not just in Qatar but the region.

The boutique at The Pearl-Qatar currently features the latest designs from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection with bright block colours and LK Bennett signature styles.

LK Bennett boutique officially opened its doors on April 19 with a fashion show featuring items from the current season range, the release said.
