Gucci Westman,
Revlon´s global artistic director,
who was prepping the 27-year-old
Perry, was surprised at one
request.
"The first thing she told me was,
´I like my foundation,"´ Westman
recalled.
This wasn´t the first flashback to
the pancake years for Westman,
who prefers to use foundation and
cover-up sparingly.
"It all started with this whole
Kardashian thing," she said. "I did
Kim´s makeup before, and that girl
is so gorgeous without any on. But
ultimately, I think the image some
of these young women want to
project is very done."

of the hash tag as encouraging fans to avoid eating
in order to become thin.
But it upset those who recalled her admitting earlier
this year to having suffered from bulimia as a
student and imploring people to stop getting
obsessed with being overly thin.
