Millennium Dubai holds roadshow

DOHA THE Grand Millennium Dubai on Wednesday organised a special appreciation function for its partners including representatives of the travel and tourism industry at Four Seasons as part of its four-day roadshow, which concluded on Thursday.

About a dozen representatives were presented with certificates of appreciation on the occasion.

A raffle draw was also held on in which 12 persons including representatives of the travel and tourism industry and media won attractive prizes including stay in Grand Millennium’s branches in London, Dubai and Doha, among others.

Talking to Qatar Tribune, General Manager of Grand Millennium Dubai Peter Mansourian said, “We are truly grateful to our business associates and partners and owe our success to them. We look forward to celebrating our achievements with them as none of it would have been possible without them.” Speaking about the roadshow, he said, “Through this major sales initiative, the hotel hopes to reinforce its positioning in Qatar focusing on niche segments and highlighting its varied upscale facilities and marketing strategies. Qatar is a key source market for us, which is set to grow in the wake of its winning the 2022 World Cup bid.” Elaborating on the significance of this lucrative market, Mansourian stressed, “Qatar is one of our key feeder markets in the GCC both in terms of leisure and business travellers.

The high turnout of guests from Qatar at the Grand Millennium Dubai all year round is a true testament to the success and popularity of our hotel among travellers from the country. We will continue to build on this success.” Also present on the occasion were Director of Sales of Grand Millennium Dubai Ghassan Farhat, Marketing and Communications Director Amira el Serafy and Sales Manager Marlou Urot among others.
