Sotheby’s expo to open today
SOTHEBY’s auction house will open an exhibition highlighting the Islamic arts and 19 century Islamic paintings at Katara, the Cultural Village, on Friday. Swedish minister quits in Saudi arms scandal
SWEDISH Defence Minister Sten Tolgfors resigned on Thursday after weeks of controversy over revelations Sweden planned to help Saudi Arabia build an arms factory, Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt said.
