DOHA THE Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), will hold a seminar on communication skills on Monday at the Doha Bank auditorium in West Bay.

Doha Bank Group CEO R Seetharaman will deliver the valedictory address. The seminar which will feature four speakers.

Sonny Varghese, head of finance & administration at Qatar Aeronautical College will speak on ‘Importance of Leadership Skills for Finance Professionals’ while Rammohan Rai, learning & development coordinator at Qapco will speak on ‘Language, Voice & Vocabulary’.

Kurian Kuriakose, managing partner of Morison Menon will give a presentation on ‘Speech Organisation’ with Rajeswar Sundaresan, group internal audit manager at Teyseer Group, speaking on ‘Business Presentation/ Business Report Writing”.

ICAI Doha Chapter Chairman Venkat Ramamurthy said, “The finance professional of today is mutating into a financial and strategic manager and accordingly, the skills most in demand are management skills focused upon advising and leading business development.
