Qtel Data Centre in pact with Al Khaliji

DOHA THE Qtel Data Centre on Monday announced a new agreement with Al Khaliji bank.
The pact will double the presence of the bank’s infrastructure within the Qtel Data Centre, helping to achieve more capability for its growing business.
Building on the already successful relationship between the two groups, the extension of the partnership will assist Al Khaliji to meet the enhanced business requirements of its growing customer base and continue to expand the range of cutting- edge services it provides.
The increase in capacity for the bank’s IT infrastructure at the Qtel Data Centre will allow for higher levels of resilience and efficiency, providing the group with a fully functional disaster recovery site, in addition to increased data storage space in the secure data centre.
Since its inauguration in 2005, the Qtel Data Centre has provided Qatari and regional organisations with a full range of enterprise hosting, managed, and professional services. The centre has been designed to host and manage IP Solutions in a seamless manner, offering a rich portfolio of managed services.
