DOHA IBQ SHARED with an elite group of Spanish businessmen key insights on Qatar’s banking sector and industry opportunities for the future during a session organised in collaboration with the Spanish Business Council in Qatar recently.

IBQ’s senior representatives addressed leading Spanish companies, highlighting Qatar’s unmatched economic fundamentals.

In his presentation, Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking at IBQ Dany Khalil said, “IBQ is well-positioned to support international companies with business in the country and provide them with necessary market advice.” He noted that Qatar maintains its position as the country with the highest GDP per capita in the region, adding that the country’s fast economic growth is expected to attract new businesses from Spain and other European countries.

A large number of Spanish companies are present in the country through their representative offices.
