| | Mowasalat taxi & limousine
service for Barwa Village | MOWASALAT, the lone public
transport company of
Qatar, is introducing Karwa
taxi and limousine service fr
Barwa Village, a sprawling
residential and commercial
complex in Al Wakrah.
An agreement in this regard
was signed by Mowasalat
Director of Taxi and
Limousine Operation Ali
Abdulla Bahzad and Acting
General Manager of Barwa
Village Khalifa Salman al
Mohannadi on Monday.
The latest Mowasalat move
is part of its strategy to
expand its service network to
reach out to a larger number
of the people and provide
quality service its customers.
In the first phase of the
operation, as many as 50 taxis
and five limousines will be

inaugurated the first Port
Medical Centre in the country
on Monday.
Establishment of the centre
is aligned with International
Health Regulations (IHR-
2005), whose primary objective
is to ensure maximum
security against the global
spread of diseases with minimum
interference in world
traffic. The IHR requires realtime
event management systems
for addressing public
health risks and emergencies
of international concern.

exhibition which opened at
the Qatar Photographic society,
Katara, on Sunday.
Standing next to each of the
pictures are photos that
explain how Japan has continued
to recover from the disaster.
The expo will run till March
25.

in the presence of the Minister
of Culture, Art and Heritage
