Economic diversification key to Qatar’s growth: Sada
QATAR has become synonymous with growth and economic prosperity because of economic diversification and investments made in vital economic sectors over the years, said the Minister of Energy and Industry HE Dr Mohammad bin Saleh al Sada. He was speaking at the 10th International Cement Trade and Industry Conference, on Monday.
Qatar’s budget for next fiscal won’t expand much: Kamal
QATAR’s state budget for next fiscal year will be roughly the same size as the current year’s budget, Minister of Economy and Finance HE Yousef Hussain Kamal said on Monday. He said government revenues were quite sufficient to cover its budget, but that would not preclude debt issues by the government this calendar year.
