TWO of Qatar´s football clubs, Al Arabi and Al Rayyan, which featured in the last AFC Champions League, lost its opening matches in Asia´s premier club competition at home and away. While Al Arabi succumbed to a 2-0 defeat against Baniyas at Bani.

QATARI players Ahmad Eleyan and Syed Azlan Iqbal were in the limelight at the under-17 category in the Doha Junior Open Squash Tournament on Tuesday.
