to address climate change | CHAIRMAN of the Administrative
Control and Transparency Authority
HE Abdullah bin Hamad al Attiyah, who
is chairman of the UN Climate Change
Conference COP18, has urged world
leaders to work together to address the
challenges of global climate change.
Attiyah made the call at a symposium
of global negotiators titled ´the
Future of Climate Change Regime
and Environmental Issues´ in Tokyo
on Saturday.
Among the attendees were
Japanese Parliamentary Senior Vice-
Minister for Foreign Affairs Ryuji
Yamane and a number of high-ranking
officials and experts on environment
