ATOPIC dermatitis, also known as infantile eczema, is on the rise among Qatar residents with the Hamad Medical Corporation´s Rumailah Hospital receiving over 70 cases each month. Atopic dermatitis is a longterm (chronic) skin disorder that involves scaly and itchy rashes.
