Emir to open Connect Arab Summit 2012
THE Emir His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani will officially open Connect Arab 2012, an International Telecommunications Union and League of Arab States Summit, a press release said on Wednesday. The three-day event will take place at the Sheraton on March 5. The summit will help mobilise human, financial and technical resources for the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG).
