MoI delegation conducts interactive session at IIS

DOHA A DELEGATION comprising officers from the community policing sections of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) visited the Ideal Indian School (IIS) on Thursday.

The officials made a presentation on community policing, implemented by the Ministry of Interior.

After the presentation, there was an interactive session with school officials on various issues. There was a discussion on the ways of future cooperation in community policing among the children.

The delegation included Lt-Col Ahmed Zayed al Muhannadi, Head of Community Policing Section, North Security Department; Lt-Col Sultan Muhammed Jaber al Kaabi, head of Community Policing Section, Rayyan Security Department; Major Ganim Saad al Khayarin, head of Community Policing Section, Capital Security Department; Major Mabkhout Salim al Murri, Community Policing Section, Rayyan Security Department; Captain Mubarak al Qamra, head of Community Policing Section, South Security Department; Lt. Muhammed Abdullah al Shafi, head of Community Policing Section, Dukhan Security Department.

Warrant officers Moza, Hanadi and Saliha, Community Policing Section, North Security Department, and Faisal al Hudawi, community programmes coordinator, Public Relations Department, were also present on the occasion.

Before wrapping up the visit, the officials went around the school to see its facilities and also interacted with students.

School President Hassan Kunhi MP and Principal Dr Mohammed Aejaz welcomed the officers.
