Sanjay Dutt to play a mad scientist
DIRECTOR Nitish Roy is bringing together Sanjay Dutt and Bipasha Basu in a Hindi remake of Bengali film. Titled Gehra Paani, the film will have Dutt play a mad scientist who creates a genetically evolved crocodile with individual intelligence but becomes a target of a gang of hunters wanting to capture the unique reptile for their lucrative business. The film’s producer Avik Bagchi reveals the actors are expected to shoot at film city, where a giant 100 foot long crocodile has been created using pyrotechnics and computer generated imagery. Buzz is the film will have lots of action and stunts most of which will be performed by Dutt and Basu.
