MINISTER of Culture, Arts and Heritage HE Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al Kuwari launched a book titled, ´The Writer´s Craft: Teaching Creative Writing in Qatar´ at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMUQ) on Sunday.
