Locked-down Industrial area streets to remain closed: Khater
The previously locked-down portion of the Industrial area (Streets 1 to 32) will remain closed until further notice as part of efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus in Qatar, Supreme Committee for Crisis Management Spokesperson HE Lolwah Rashid al Khater said in a press conference on Wednesday.

89% of COVID-19 cases in Qatar mild, only 3% serious: Khater
More than 89 percent of the confirmed coronavirus cases in Qatar are mild, Supreme Committee for Crisis Management Spokesperson HE Lolwah Rashid al Khater said in a press conference on Wednesday.
Only 3 percent of the cases are serious and the remaining 8 have either recovered or died (two, both aged above 55), she said.

The Ministry of Interior stated on its account on Twitter, that a video shared on social media showed contact and visiting of a number of people who were under quarantine in a hotel, and the relevant authorities verified the video and arrested the accused persons who are being presented to the competent prosecution.
