Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al Thani met with Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee Michele Coninsx and an accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to Qatar on Monday.
During the meeting, aspects of joint cooperation between the State of Qatar and the United Nations in the field of combating terrorism were reviewed.
The Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee praised in this regard Qatar's efforts and said that it is an active party in supporting global efforts to combat terrorism.
