Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani inaugurated on Wednesday the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
The Prime Minister toured the exhibition that showcases some of the most famous international brands participating in this year's edition, in addition to the latest jewellery designs and rare precious stones.
His Excellency visited the young Qataris' pavilion, to see their creative work in the field of designing jewellery and precious stones inspired by Qatari heritage.
His Excellency also inaugurated the Indian pavilion participating in the exhibition as part of the Qatar-India Year of Culture 2019 to see the latest Indian jewellery designs that reflects the country's culture and heritage.
The opening was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and ministers, Their Excellencies members of the diplomatic corps accredited by the state, businessmen, and representatives of the participating companies.
